How can I cancel my FHPlay subscription?

You can cancel your FHPlay membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the FHPlay service through the end of your billing period.

How can I change my FHPlay subscription plans?

You can manage your membership at the Subscriptions menu, cancel current plan or subscribe to a new plan.
If you want to switch to a different subscription plan, we suggest canceling your current plan just before your billing date and then subscribing to the new plan, keep in mind that subscriptions are canceled at the end of the current paid subscription period.

How can I sing up?

Click on the “Sign up” button in the upper right corner of the fhplay.com website. Enter your credentials, create a password, and confirm it. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email in your email inbox. Clicking on the “Email Confirmation” button in the email, you will be redirected to the login page, where you can log in with your email address and password you created.

How can I sing in to FHPlay?

If you’ve already signed up, click on the “Sign in” button in the upper right corner of the fhplay.com website. Enter your email address and the password you created to log in. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can find out how to do so above.

Profile settings

Clicking on your profile icon will bring up a menu. Choose the “My Account” option to view your account related to your profile.
• Under “Language”, you can set the language of the website.
• By clicking on “User Subscriptions,” you can redeem coupons, verify payment information, view or modify billing details.
• Under “Account”, you can change your password and view your personal information.
• Under “Content Settings,” you can specify the default video resolution. If you leave it on automatic, the system will select the video quality based on content resolution, screen size, and your internet connection.

Payment issue

Please ensure that you have entered the correct credit card information and that your bank account linked to the payment method has sufficient funds. If your card information and balance are correct but the issue persists, please contact us via email or chat.

My subscription is not active

Please verify that you have signed in with the correct username. If you cannot log in, request a new password. Make sure you have not canceled your subscription. If you have canceled, you can resubscribe in the “Subscriptions” section of your account. Also, ensure that there are sufficient funds in the bank account linked to the payment method; otherwise, your subscription will not renew automatically at the end of the cycle.
